Player Register
All players are required to go online to register with USA Hockey. This registration will enable the USA Hockey insurance and many other benefits. The registration process is a requirement for each player within the Boston Jr. Terriers Organization. Any player not registered with USA Hockey can’t participate in the league or be placed on the roster.
Registration begins May 1, 2008 for the upcoming 2008-2009 Season. The USA Hockey season goes from September 1 through August 31 of each year. Be sure to click on the correct season.

2. Select the following: Ice Player/Coach
3. Be sure to select the 2008-2009 season.
4. The “Individual Membership Registration” screen will be displayed, follow the prompts, complete the information and continue to checkout.
5. The check out screen will be displayed, on this screen you will need to input credit card information. Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express (credit or debit card). A Visa gift card will also work. Continue.
6. The “Receipt” page is shown. Please save this page and print a copy for your files. It will also be emailed to you immediately after the registration is completed. There will be a bar code on the top. Players will be required to forward this confirmation receipt to the following email address: patty@bostonjrterriers.com
In the body of your email, please write in the following information:
- Name of player
- Coach/Level

Additional information:
- Each participant will pay the USA Hockey fee of $30 if age 7 or older.
- The USA Hockey fee is waived for age 6 (birth year 2002) and younger. The
registration must still be completed to get the confirmation number.
- The home address should be used for all participants. If a player lives in one state and plays in another, enter the home address and pay any applicable Affiliate fee.
- The confirmation page/number will be accepted by any USA Hockey program in the country If you are registered with another USA Hockey program I will need your confirmation number to place you on our roster.
- Need a computer? Try your local library or school.
- A Visa gift card can be used for payment if no credit card is available.
- An email address is required. You can use a friend’s address if you don’t have one.
- Additional confirmation pages can be requested from the Welcome page of online registration. Click on the puck in the upper left corner and enter last name, date of birth and zip code. You can then print the page or send it to the email address you enter.
